Survey on media coverage and perceptions of risk related to the hantavirus

In May 2026, an outbreak of the Andes hantavirus was reported internationally. In light of this, the LBI SOAP research team conducted a survey to examine how the public perceived the communication surrounding the hantavirus outbreak and how people assessed the associated risk. We will publish the results of this survey here shortly.
